Rebel!!
Hi loves, my life has been so hectic the past 2 weeks but things are slowing down now! So thought I'd share my makeup from last night! I wanted to very smokey and sultry, so I decided on heavy eyeliner and dark lips using Mac's Rebel lined with prune by NYX. My eyeliner is Lancôme black ebony & on my face I contoured with benefit Bronzer & highlighted with Mac's prep in prime pen in "Bright forecast". I went out with my hubby to celebrate my new car!! Yay! Love you all & I'm working on new videos for you all! Xoxo
Drugstore Lippie Monday:
Hello beauties, I decided to add a new weekly feature to my blog, to showcase weekly fun things for you guys to look forward too. Starting with Drugstore Lippie Monday's!! A lot of great lip combinations && dupes to more expensive products can be found for way less and no one will ever know!
So with this feature I tend to show a new drugstore Lippie every Monday.
So lets start it off today I was organizing, okay well playing in my lip drawer when I came across an old favorite and by favorite I'm assuming because the actual stick is smushed from my excessive usage. NYX lip round "lala" is a very pretty purple. What I like most about these lipsticks is the fact they are highly moisturizing for a low end Lippie & the color pay off is very well. The color is similar to MAC's up the amp & it looks great alone or layered over a plum liner. A great item for only 3.99 Win!!

Stain Me Away!!!
I cannot express enough how much I live for these stains from Sephora! They come in 12 shades and apply like silk. I always have preferred a lipstick or a rain over a gloss for the rich pigmented color, and these are perfect I seriously plan on owning every color! Velvety matte and they stay on exceptionally well for a $12 product. Go try it!! :)
Fall Trend: Nude nails!!
I love fall, the weather is perfect the clothes are amazing. Not to mention the candles and scents that our coming out this time of year are to die for. A big trend for the fall is Nude nails, Dior, Chanel & even Mac came out with new fall nail polishes which included bangin' nudes. I was shopping in Forever 21 on one of many lunch breaks turned shopping trips and stumbled across the Love & Beauty polish's I've never tried them before but I'm glad I decided to try. I got the barest Nude called Beige and I'm in LOVE! It does chip but I just re apply it every couple of days. And it's a serious win for just 2.80!? Try it out I was pleasantly surprised.
Bright lips, BOLD eyes.
Hey loves, I thought I would post a picture collage of my work makeup today. It's a saturday so I thought I would do something fun on my face since my day isn't fun. Hope you like.
Eyes. I used NYX eyeshadow base in nude. And on top of that I covered my entire lid with a black eyeliner they patted Urban Decay black out all over the lid and blended the harsh edges with a fluffy blending brush. I then took Buck from the Urban decay naked pallet and blending in windshield wiper motions in the crease. Finished with virgin under my brow arch & inter corner and lined my waterline with NYX jumbo pencil in milk. Of course add mascara I used the new one from Clinique which is AMAZING.
On my lips i'm wearing Lancôme Socialite and on the cheeks just a shimmery Bronzer from Milani!
Happy Saturday!
WHAT? Black Hair and TWO new videos?
Hello beauties! I feel as though I have abandoned you already and for that I deeply apologize, the past couple of weeks have been work overload ( Hello, Hi Retail). And after working 10 hours trust me you wouldn't want to read my posts. But I am back, the madness is over and i'm back to my life. I start my third semester of college next week, and in honor of the fall season that is fastly approaching I have dyed my hair black! YES! I am so excited I feel like a beautiful creature from the lands of glorious green pastures and milk and honey. Okay maybe i'm being ridiculous but damn it I feel good. I uploaded a youtube video on my process and of course I will add it to the end of this blog. As well as a super quick Back to School Makeup tutorial for all my other dolls who are heading back to the slave yard school. Thanks for reading and promise not to leave for long periods of time again.! Haha. xoxo

Sunday is for........
Good morning beauties and happy Sunday I woke up this morning with a bit of Sangria-itis yes the picture is quite creepy but i can explain it was a long night. What you're looking at is the guilt in my face from eating ( delicious) cheese sticks late at night during obese hours making my already huge thighs fatter & giving me plenty to complain about this week. Don't get me started on the current war love/hate relationship I have with the gym right now. You also see the pain and hurt on my face from being beat.. okay I am slightly exaggerating but having a 3 year child's fat leg kick you in the face all night is not easy. Anyway who cares yes, Sunday is Mask & Scrub day thus the picture although the mask is actually green blame instagram for distorting the color, I have proudly set up a weekly routine for my skin the benefits are great. I mean you can't have great makeup without great skin, right? I grew very tired of my random pimples or as I call them balls of
( Drug store brands plus a few luxury products which I love don't judge me.) But this post is more to emphasize the GREATNESS of my mask and scrub Sundays.
First I splash my face with water very dramatic like in all the commercials getting water all over the sink toilet paper and tub, just kidding but yeah I wet my face. Then I scrub my face with St. Ives Blemish Control scrub making sure to really work my fingers in a circular motion taking extra time on the nose which is prone to blackheads and large pores (gross) as well as the T-zone. The great thing about the scrub is it is paraben free and uses 100% natural exfoliants. After the scrub is over I dry my face slightly and then begin applying a genours layer of The Original Mint Julep Masque yes the green classic mask is amazing! It helps to dry up nasty pimples as well as blackheads and minimizes pores all for around 3 bucks. I let it harden COMPLETELY I put that in caps because you must let it DRY and sit for 15 minutes. After rinse and dry and apply serum, moisturizer etc. That's it! The difference in the skin is awesome. After starting this routine I rarely every breakout unless it is a stress reaction (yes it gets that real). Sometimes I will switch up the masks with those cute little packets you see on the end of aisles in Target or Walmart with wonderful scents and explosions of fruit and chocolate that promises to minimize pores etc. Its fun mix it up. But remember consistency is key to great skin!
I only do this once a week mainly because I have a few acne scars and on deeper skin-tones over exfoliation can darken the pigmentation. But if you would like to feel the refreshingness
( I am aware thats not a word but whatever) more often go right ahead. :)
Cleanser Clean & Clear Foaming cleanser
Serum Lancome Visionare
Eye Cream Dior Hydra Life Pro Youth Sorbet
Moisturizer Cetaphil Daily Moisturizer
Keep at it. I try new things all the time, and sometimes they don’t work out sometimes they do. The fun is exploring.
Enjoy your Sunday!
Lindsey.
